What happens if I fail or if I only need to book the exams?

As a registered Transport Management Exam Centre, we have a duty of care to ensure that all candidates sitting the exams have obtained the necessary knowledge beforehand. This requirement is set by the awarding bodies responsible for the examination. Therefore, before allowing anyone to sit an exam at our centre, we must be confident they are adequately prepared. While it is technically possible for someone to pass the exam without formal training, their understanding may be incomplete, particularly in critical areas such as vehicle inspection procedures or the legal requirements for safe loading. This lack of knowledge could, in extreme cases, lead to serious or even fatal consequences.

However, if you have already completed training with another provider and can provide evidence of this, we can offer you the option to book the exams only. Additionally, depending on how long ago your training was completed, you may benefit from refreshed or updated study materials, which we can provide for an additional cost.
